My opinion is this.... You don't need a gaming mouse, or keyboard for that matter, to win or be good at game.
I know this lol.
I play on a 16inch monitor
$12 keyboard from walmart lol
$9 mousepad from walmart
All I use is a headset and a mouse. -

Yeah.. I play on an iHome and GearHead Keyboard priced around $17.99 each. The only gaming accessory necessary is a headset. -

My question is what do you use? And what do most Pro gamers use In like CS:GO. They use Gaming Mouse and Keyboard. Some use Microsoft IntelliMouse 1.0 or 3.0 old school which are good. -
I'm not sure why some are saying this is just a DECENT mouse. This mouse is absolutely phenomenal. Many people on gaming forums across the internet agree as well. I used the original Deathadder back in the day, and used it for years. After it broke after almost 3 years of use, I picked up the Steelseries Sensei. To me, that mouse just wasn't as good as my handy ol' Deathadder. I just went out yesterday and picked up the Deathadder 2013 and after about 5 minutes of playing with it, I knew I wouldn't be picking up my Sensei anytime soon. Normally I prefer Steelseries products in every category, (mainly because Razer seems to be more about the flashyness rather than the quality) but when it comes to the Deathadder, I feel as though it is the best mouse you could possibly buy. But thats just my opinion. Hope that helped some.
ALSO: Using a Steelseries QCK+ or QCK Heavy mouse pad with the Deathadder is like bread and butter.
EDIT: Another note about the Sensei. Get the smallest amount of dust around the laser and it wont track properly. This is really unfortunate when you're in the middle of a round in a scrim and your mouse stops tracking properly. Then you have to go and clean it and be angry. Just a thought. -

Thanks a lot gecks. -
I have the 2012 version and I like it a lot. There's no delay at all, up to 6400 DPI, tons of configuration options, and it fits in your hand perfectly. The cord doesn't tangle either due to its cord being wrapped in this different material.
I suggest getting one of the stick on gaming surfaces with it for $15.00 or so. I have the Sphex one. -
