Try logging out and then refresh the home page and then log back in. Follow the download link on the homepage. I got the error when I first tested it this morning, but doing that made it go away.

Polleus once u hot ready up and its 100% u can open up cf correct? and also when u are done with it you just close anti-cheat i know i sound stupid right now but I am just checking so please answer me xD

That is correct. All you need to do is hit "Ready Up" and once the bar is at 100%, you can open up Cross Fire and play. When you're finished with your matches and close CrossFire, just exit out of the AC and you'll be good to go.
