2013 Back to School Cup

General Overview
- Double elimination
- 5v5 S&D
- 38 teams
- Default server is Echo channel-8.
- Default time for each round will be 9 PM EST every Sunday.
- $125 worth of ZP for the winning team!
- Anyone can participate! (Must be played in the default server)

Prize
There is only a prize for the first place team (sorry about that). The prize is ONLY for the s5 of the winning team (sorry for that as well). Each player gets a $25 Karma Koin prepaid card or UGC depending on your location (in the case, it will be a $20 UGC card).

Recording Rules

Every player must record their match with their sound.

The following programs are allowed:
- Bandicam
- Fraps
- Growler
- an external camera
- Webcam

Please note that the OCG Anticheat is not allowed.

If recording with either bandicam, fraps, or growler, the quality must be at least 10 fps/ 10 quality.

If recording with a camera or webcam, the minimap, health, rounds, and amount of bullets must be visible.

If requested, recordings must be uploaded within 48 hours after the match had ended.

One player from each team must take a screenshot of the score after each half.

If accused of armoring, the accused must take a screenshot of their screen to disprove the allegation. Failure to do so will result in a disqualification.

General Rules/ Information

C4 must be planted at a visible location. Planting the C4 where boosting is required is strictly forbidden. Sprays are allowed but any abuse of them will result in a one round deduction. Using a disallowed weapon or character/character item will also result in a one round deduction. Hacking/glitching in any way is prohibited.

If your opponent does not show up within a 15 minute grace period after the original scheduled match time, you may report a forfeit win. If you have wrongly been awarded a forfeit loss, you may challenge it within 2 hours of the originally scheduled match time, after which time your dispute will be discarded.

If a match disconnection occurs by either party within the first minute of a map, the map is to be restarted. If a match disconnection occurs during game-play, and teams cannot come to an agreement as to the best course of action an administrator is to be contacted immediately to make a ruling as to whether or not the match should be replayed or a forefeit loss should be awarded.

In the case of a tie-breaker, both teams are to play the week's map at 5 rounds per half until a winner is determined.

Bunny-hopping and double-jumping is allowed. Any other form of "special" jumping is not permitted. Single boosting involving no more than two players is allowed.

Having a player play for your team that does NOT appear on your team roster will result in your team automatically disqualified from this cup.

In order to determine which team gets which side first, both teams will play ONE round of knifing in the determined map. The winner of the knifing round will be allowed to choose which side to start with. After the knifing round is over, both teams must leave and restart the actual match on the corresponding sides the winner of the knifing match chooses.

Disputes

Disputes must be made within 24 hours of the time of the match and the accused must upload his/her recordings within 48 hours of the time of the match.
