Coupons are gained via Gp and Zp crates. Good luck ^_^

Whenever you buy crates, you have a chance of getting "coupons".
You go to BlackMarket> My Crates> and at the bottom, there are your coupons. You can exchange these coupons for things like MP5 Adv for 90 days for 15 to the AK or M4 Gold for life for 100 coupons.
