Question about Stream Resolution

No I am saying 8000 bit rate is overkill.
Most people stream 1080p at 3500 also.
When I use to stream. I did
720p 60fps
Bitrate of 3500 and a buffer of 4000. Lower bitrates with 60fps streams look like ass.
Quality balance depends on what game I'm playing. 10 for less high motion scenes, 7 for faster action.
Audio is 320kbps AAC because quality.
CPU preset is on very fast. Much prefer a clearer stream even if it means sacrificing a couple of frames in game.
But Thats just me And I think 720p at 60FPS with 3500 bit rate looks really good. You can google it if you feel the need to.
There's Something I use OBS but Same apply's In Xsplit.

Youre not understanding the question lol
The ingame resolution has a different field of view at different resolutions along with match score sizes, etc.
1920x1080 looks very good but the characters are small and the text harder to read.
Now a ingame resolution of 800x600 makes everything look bigger and easier to read but the image quality will be less.
Hope this clarifies the question more -

I understood the question just fine. You didn't clarify anything, in fact you steered even further away from the question. You asked what settings people wanted to see, not what settings people use. -
You kinda did say. Is this the settings you want me to use or the settings you use.
Thats what you really said. Are you telling me what you like to see or what you do?
Well Since you asked what settings should you use. I answered it. 720p 60FPS 3,500 bitrate. -

Im talking about 2 different issues here
1)In game resolution
2)Stream resolution
If I try to stream with a high resolution like 1080 then my in game resolution has to be at least 1080.
If people like seeing larger character and text then I would have to lower my in game resolution down to like 800x600, which means that the stream can not have a resolution any higher that 600. This being said, that would make it easier for people to see the game play but make the video quality crap.
