Saint LFT

Potentially LFT if I can't round up a team myself (which is highly likely.) If you have the time to go through my application that would be great.
Quick Bio: Playing CF for a very long time (Dec 08) and most people now recognize me as the leader of Veracity. I was never really able to participate in many tournaments due to college, which sucked, however, it appears that I may have a year off to work, therefore I want one last shot at a legitimate chance in competitive CF. I am willing to travel to LANs in the east or any other competition if necessary.
Age: 19
Nationality: Canada
Location: Edmonton
Experience: Limited, only notables were WCG and CSN. Many public tournaments.
Ping/FPS: 84 (used to be 54)/200
Activity: As much as needed
Player: Rifler (AK47) and can AWM on occasions. AWM'ed in my only WCG appearance, but extremely rusty since.
Last Minute Notes: I am willing to learn and develop. If given the chance I think I have lots to prove, particularly if I have a solid teacher. Can bandi with a solid 180 fps.
I'd prefer to start, but exceptions can be made. I don't rage in E8, nothing to complain about (armor is my kryptonite in clan server) and I generally respect the players there (strange eh). I say that cause my rep in that server is cute. I have all voice programs.
Thanks for your time, regards.

Pick this guy up
-great leader
-good communication
-pretty nice shot
-good at keeping the team calm
-committed
-Get him a WCG CA team
Would be a valuable asset to any team
Thanks for the support, although I can keep a team calm I am my own worst enemy. Keeping myself calm is a challenge, particularly when I feel I let the team down. Don't get me wrong I don't scream, I just get worse and stop calling when I am flustered. It's an area I know I need to get better in.Some problems with upcoming competitive players are all they think that matters is a shot. If you can communicate well and play with your team, then you'll be picked up for sure.
Good luck buddy.
Thanks for the advice. -

Ya though you are calm and don't really rage, your tone of voice does demotivate others when your feeling flustered. Makes the team tense in a sort of way. To keep team morale up just drop the past and think of the present situation in game. Then after the game is finished you could go through what you did wrong and how you can improve on your mistakes and the teams mistakes as well. -

This tends to be a problem with me sometimes. When you get flustered in game and you feel that anger right in the middle of your head it just throws your game off so bad. The only thing you need to think of is getting the call down and communicating after you die to help benefit the round and help your teammates win the round. I promise after that you'll start hitting shots and then from their your team would ultimately do better.
You're a great guy saint, just take me back from clutch in example and think "dont be like that" xD.
