the new support system need some few changes

well i 'd really like to than Z8 for the new support system
it looks better and they reply faster but there is one small problem
in the old system there was a notification which tells you that Z8 has replied to your ticket but this is not in the new system
personally i waited about 2 week to get a reply for my ticket and i was very furious when i found out that it was replied ages ago and i've never known about it
