Make chars smarter.

We should consider adding a brain into all the characters.

This means that your character will now think when doing to things below:

1. Should I pick up a gatling gun from a crate and throw away my AK fury with extended clip while an army of mutant is chasing me? For MM, HM, HMX

2. Should I throw away my weapon and get a new one when I try to get the c4?

Seriously these things make all the chars look mentally challenged.
