Graphics Card: Integrated or Dedicated?

I want to upgrade my laptop's graphics card but I don't know if it is integrated or a dedicated.
Here it is: NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150. And if it is integrated. Would I still possibly be able to upgrade it for my gaming needs?

no the only laptops that i know have interchangeable graphics cards are alienware and lenovo y500 with the ultrabay
