Hotfix Maintenance tonight at 11pm EST

Attention Mercenaries.

We are patching the game tonight at 11pm EST with a hotfix for the head and body armor bug related to achievements.

Once the fix is in, we will be awarding compensation armor to players who had earned the achievement.

The full compensation details will be announced and awarded tomorrow (July 26th). Please be patient until then.



This bug fix patch also corrects a few text errors and some issues with EMD Lab.

We expect the servers to be down for approximately 1 hour. Please be patient if the time goes longer.

We're in the middle of investigating this one.

We can't reproduce it reliably yet. We will continue with this hotfix and look to address that in a future one.

Will it fix the lag some people have (constant 500 ping)?

It's not an internet issue, on all other games and mumble he has normal ping and he usually got around 80 ping.

Please tell me you guys are going to work on the Ping issue too.... Lots of people has had their ping raised since the last patch... My normal ping was 100...And after the patch my steady ping is now 196.....I can barely do anything with it, and almost all the time i get no reg...Please fix it fast!

Only fixing the armor? What about the other achievements that are still buggy?

I get average ping regularly in CF, but sometimes I randomly spike 200-1000 ping for like half a second - 5 seconds + there's mouse and movement lag which has never happened before... (I've tried switching mouses and switching batteries...)

Does Crate Tycoon work? Someone told me it was bugged as well. Will it be fixed in this patch if it is bugged?

Will you guys be addressing the SFG flash protected character client error issue? We would really like to use that char without getting errors.

What about the issue with the plant/defuse achievement? In ghost mode I almost never can plant fast/defuse fast even if I have the achievement.

He will give armor to the only players who had earned them. Bad luck.

My friend lives in Washington and his ping went to like 180, that's worse ping than players living in Mexico...

why say 1 hour what are we gonna do about buying stuff like the filed shovel for seven days and not getting to use it for four hours if thats whats left on it shouldnt you guys pause the time during maintenance???
