Working Out

So yeah.. my question is basically whether this kind of working out is efficient / good. Since I have 6 weeks of holidays now and saw the app "Just 6 Weeks", I though I'd give it a shot and so I did. Here is a link / description of the app.

At first you have to make a test how much you can do for each thing like Sit-Ups, etc. and so I did on friday and it was quite easy.

On monday though, when the training started, it was pretty tough, but I did all of it what the app told me to do and the squats literally killed me, because I said I can do 60 squats at once in the test and so it made me make 100 lol, and I could barely go downstairs / walk.

Anyway, today is the next training, but I still feel a bit muscle ache, so should I wait until friday or work out nevertheless? Tell me what you think about this :)
