Paypal ZP Error

So, I tried to purchase 10k ZP through paypal yesterday and today, and this kept popping up.
Anybody know how to fix it?

That's happening to me for weeks, there is no way to fix it, try using other options

Found the way to fix it.
When it asks for your region, change it to where you live. It's preset as GLOBAL. Changed mine to the United States and it worked.
