Gifting ZP Policy Change
Attention all generous Gifters!
We are here today to introduce an official policy and slight change for how we are dealing with ZP Gifting errors.
The following will be added to the Z8Games Terms of Use this week.
Please note that our Gifting ZP system is functioning properly and that all records of the transaction are being kept.
This includes adding special characters like "*" and "." and brackets [] etc.
We are happy to provide this service as a one time chance to get it right, however the ZP must not have been spent by the other person. This means that if you accidentally gift ZP to someone and they spend that ZP the sale is final and no exchange, refund or transfer will be given. The person who has gifted the ZP (not the receiver) needs to contact us to confirm there was an error.
Thanks for your understanding.

[4.3] Gift ZP Policy
Gifting virtual currency (ZP) is a method of payment where one user withdraws a specific amount of money contained on a prepaid card using the Z8Games website to send virtual currency to another player.
To send this currency to another player an In Game Name must be provided. It is the players responsibility to make sure that this name is accurate and to use the correct and full In Game Name, including any special characters. Failure to do so may result in the currency be transferred to a wrong or undesired account.
[4.3.1] Errors in Gifting
If a gift of currency is given to the incorrect account, it is the person who has gifted the ZP responsibility to contact Z8Games through our support site to report the error. Once confirmation of payment has been established, and the error has been confirmed by the gifter, ZP can be transferred by the Z8Games staff to the appropriate account.
If ZP is used on any account after it has been gifted it will result in the sale being final and no refund or exchanges or transfers will be given.
This exchange and service will be provided once. It is the users involved responsibility to ensure the information they provide, and the in game names are accurate.
Please note that this policy is now in effect. It is your responsibility to ensure that your friends and people you are gifting ZP to is accurate and correct.Gifting virtual currency (ZP) is a method of payment where one user withdraws a specific amount of money contained on a prepaid card using the Z8Games website to send virtual currency to another player.

A suggestion to consider.
If unable to know the exact IGN, why not add in there an optional box to input the USN of the account?
The USN is easy to find with the clan portion of the site.
For example, my USN is 5501521. If someone were to gift me ZP, and it goes to a random account such as: 9. (USN=12830105), then that would still be a problem correct?
Why not allow the "gifter" to try to make more secure the transaction with an optional input that when reviewed can help Support with their decision-making.
Obviously if one chose NOT to use it then they accept full responsibility regardless of that transaction. It's just something of a convenience. -
