does the snd achievement really increase the speed for plant and defuse more than the speedy defuse.

No it won't, since you can combine the two.

Speedy gets it down to three seconds, achievement gets it down to 2.

Wait. Are all achievement effects simultaneously active? Or just the one you have as your main?

Farm it while you can. It works with 2 people. Can't seem to get more than one point per game though with 2 people so it's a bit slow.
