Looking For skilled Clan

So I made a new account to get a fresh start and was promoted back to leader on my old clan. I cannot, for the life of me, recruit people to my clan. I have tried doing the fancy forum stuff, and nearly spamming in game, I never do that though, and still nothing. The biggest problems: 1) I invite people when I do really good in their matches
2) I am a low rank (my new account)

So.... I am looking for a clan. I want to join a clan that people might recognize at least by seeing them in game before. I want to join a clan with respect. I play crossfire a lot, so there will be no lack of clan points and I have a good kdr. I don't remember but I know for a fact it is above 1.1 . Most clans want members of high rank, and I understand why, but I am as skilled as most lieutenants AT LEAST. I will play clan matches as much as possible, mainly during the week, and I play every game mode.

In conclusion, where do I apply?

We're an active clan in CW and pub, mostly we just like to have fun, most of us have known each other for years (literally). We mostly do SnD. We use Ventrilo and we're a new clan, so the rank will improve btw feel free to message me in game if you have any questions.
