Where can I change my roster for OCG if it's still available? And where can I check what my current roster looks like?

Rosters locked a while ago. I check my roster by going to notifications on OCG forums and clicking a previous application from someone from my team

my friend told me rosters can be changed for teams entering playoffs before playoffs happen. is this true?

IT is not. Rosters locked Saturday.
