Anyone notice the new game

So I just scrolled onto the games tab and found the game "Arcane Hearts"...
Umm, I looked at the forums and found no mention of the game yet, of course, I didn't look very hard, but still...
What did I miss? And what are your thoughts?

I questioned this as well. Looks like a remake of LoL or Runescape or something.
