Introducing the new Support Site!

Attention Mercenaries,

Today we are proud to present a new support site on Z8Games!

This new support site has better access to the FAQ, and a cleaner interface for support tickets.

Please note that support tickets sent in and responded to Prior to 7/19/2013 need to be viewed in the "OLD TICKETS". Newer tickets however are handled by the new site.

In addition, it is not necessary to send another ticket for your current open issues. Our support staff is working hard through many duplicate tickets and we are getting responses out as fast as we can.


Please remember the 3 biggest tips to getting a speedy response for the support system.
Use the Correct Heading
this ensure you are placed in the proper queue to get specialized support for your issue.

Submit all relevant information
Giving us the accurate information ensures we can track your issue immediately. Determine whether it's an individual problem or if it's wide spread, or help you with any ZP issues you might have.

Submit only 1 ticket per issue
Redundant tickets do nothing but hurt our response times for everyone. If you send us multiple tickets they will be ignored and you will be referred to previous responses.
Thanks everyone for their patience while we work to improve the site and our systems. We expect some growing pains through the process, but are also confident this new support site will better suit the needs of all our gamers.
