Is the new achievement thing for decreased plant and defuse time going to mess up the wcg matches and one team will have a better advantage than the other?

If you took the time to level it up, you will be fine.

I think it would be fair mainly because EVERYONE has more then enough time to unlock that achievement.
(Still a couple of weeks till WCG)
