Anyone wanting to help me start up a pub clan?

Thinking about trying to get the clan to 100 member cap or what ever the clan wants it to be maxed at. Also going to get a ventrilo server, unless another VoIP program is preferred. Trying to set up everything this to next week. Having 5 LTs to help me get things going.

About me
- 17 years old and in my last year of high school
- From Canada
- 4 years of experience in crossfire
- Easy to get along with
- I'm nice and very out going
- Played competitive since WOGL season 1
- I have the ability to be a good leader
- Willing to listen to criticism
- 16+ years of age (exceptions may be made, but highly unlikely.)
- Be active
- Must have ventrilo and having a mic is highly recommended
- Speak English (I don't care where you're from)
- Don't be annoying, don't cheat, etc.
- Wanting to build a fairly large clan that is active
- Respectful towards one another
- Clan war a lot or frequently
- Have events for the members
- Being disrespectful
- Cheating or any form that is not permitted
- Clan rank; I don't care about it. Just want to be active and have fun
- No clan point requirements, but should be active
- 16+
- Speak English
- Have vent
- Don't be annoying
- Don't cheat

Lol, she normally doesn't. The 2nd/3rd clan we've been in together? I normally hop around because I can't find the clan I like. But yeah, we usually don't join the same clan together. I need some help starting it up and I asked her to help me out. She was planning on staying with you guys, but I asked her to help me out. -
