Ok I know I have a lot of suggestions up already but here is one last one for right now more.

Chat for Spectator Mode!

Just don't make it visible to the people playing, but also don't retain it to only GR only being able to see GR chat and BL only seeing BL chat. It should be open to all the spectators in the room.

This isn't really a necessity for Cross Fire, but more of a solution to bored spectators who are watching matches between friends, clan mates, or whoever might be playing.

Why can't we just make it open to all players -.-

If some people just wanna ruin the game, then:

A player can instantly kick a spectator (no voting)

Other spectators can cast a regular vote to kick another spectator

I think that spectators should be able to see the players chat, but not vise versa.
