Cpu gets too hot

Hello guys, today my cpu is getting too hot when playing games and my fps drops also . usually when i play cf my cpu temp is ony 52C and my fps is 200-250 but today my cpu is 75C and my fps now is only 40-60 . Do u know guys why my pc gets too hot and my fps dropped ?(sorry for bad english) THANKS !

My pc spec

Amd phenom ii x4 965 with stock fan
Mobo: m5A97 le r2.0
Graphics :sapphire 7870xt
Ram 8gb

CPU throttling from high temps seems to be your problem. Try reapplying thermal paste on your stock cooler, or just get a new cooler entirely.

EDIT: If you go on the route of a new cooler, I would recommend getting something like this and some new thermal paste if u don't already have any.

Also note High 60's start killing the life of that chip. I own one and doing my OCing I never went past 59c. 60+ is a no no with them.

first of all clean off the dust from the fan and inside of the case, if it doesn`t help follow domes`/ManNextDoor`s instructions.

My slow pc is like that.

Processer : Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU E3300 @ 2.50GHZ

stock fan, 65c~ whilst running Cross Fire. Sounds like a washing machine when its booting up.

get a can of compressed air, make sure your cables aren't blocking airflow, get a cheap aftermarket cooler.
