not competitive tho, i hate seeing SIAs or GSG-9s in E8

I've seen that character before and really look forward to it coming into this version.
The question is whether Z8games will be allowed to put another character into the shop (I believe this is an exception as most other CF versions have special character either in BM crates or ZM tickets, but never in-shop).
