What are your thoughts on how this trial will turn out? The final ruling will be out in a couple of hours.

He isn't a cop, he's on neighborhood watch. He failed police academy.

I didn't know being on the local Neighborhood Watch suddenly constitutes as being "a cop".

OT: I believe he should be guilty of "imperfect self-defense" under Voluntary Manslaughter.
But since Florida doesn't recognize "imperfect self-defense" as stated here:
Florida Supreme Court ruling on "imperfect self-defense"as well as seeing the prosecution introduced that "lesser included offense" of manslaughter so late into the trial... Zimmerman should go free.

Zimmerman will most likely go free, and if not it's because of bias in the jury. The prosecution could not prove any of what they claimed, used a ton of "ifs" and "buts", while the defense proved Zimmerman's POV clearly with evidence that even the prosecution put forth. I honestly hope people in Florida have good self-defense weapons because I predict riots very soon.

Also over the 4th of July weekend. 72 people were shot in Chicago, IL. 30 minutes north of me. Where is the news coeverage on that?

Well I think the jury got it right. Bringing in Manslaughter was a mistake on the part of the prosecution, why give them something to contemplate about?

Anyway innocent is the right ruling.
