Great news WCG fans! Qualifier registration for the 2013 WCG USA National Finals will kick off next week!

Game titles for the USA region include StarCraft 2, League of Legends, Cross Fire, World of Tanks, FIFA 13, and Super Street Fighter IV!

I think they ment there will be both, online and offline...You are probably right though
