I deposited a $10 karma koin worth 11k zp. I never got credited for it. Talked this through with Z8 and Karma Koin and no help from either side. Thank you Z8, for once again, screwing me over. I appreciate it.

When you stated: "Talked this through with Z8 and Karma Koin", what do you mean by that?

What steps have you taken so far, on both ends of it (Talking to Z8 AND talking to Karma Koin).

I also have a problem, i bought 20k zp by paybycash and i didn't receive any zp and money is taken from my card.
