FPS drop

My FPS keep dropping, like I'll have like 50-60 fps, then go down to 20 or 17 FPS. Is it me or the game? The drop mostly happens when i try to kill someone.

(I dont know what Prefix this is btw.)

Could be both.
But since a lot of people have problem with FPS these days then i guess its the game.

I just think its all about how gud ur pc is. 140 fps here.

Mess with your settings. Try turning off Blood, bullet trail, and that stuff. See if that helps. If that doesnt work, try reducing your resolution or using a program like GameBooster or SmartClose to close background programs.
