Sony vegas 11 please help

Hey guys I had just finished editing a new video so I started rendering. I might have alt tabbed or something because the new rendered video shows nothing but a black screen for like the first 10 seconds. I am really annoyed as I cant even find my bandicam clips that I used for those 10 seconds. I already tried disabling re-sample and unchecking the "Close media files when not the active application" box.

In case you didn't understand my problem, Point A on the picture only shows a black screen (Audio is perfect). Again, I cant just restart because the bandicam clips have disappeared and I have already saved it and rendered it.

PLEASE any help is much appreciated.
