the quality of onions in my neighborhood has seriously diminished.
now, perhaps one in five i purchase - even when making sure they're firm and looks good - is fresh.
the rest are rotten, with that soapy smell they get.

I made a basting sauce which consisted of honey/dijon must4rd(infract me)/curry. got very positive feedback. comes down to personal taste, of course.

too afraid of the curry! It´s not like the whole meal tastes like it. quite the opposite since must4rd and honey are rather dominant in taste.
fallouts mushroom dish needs some color. you can´t disagree.
