Make a recovery email system?

Dear Z8games,

I don''t know if writing in here is a good place or you will read this, but i just wanted to make a suggestion. Can you guys add in a lost email system? Like what happen you you don''t know or lost it, but have youe id/pw/sq. Like you can type in all of this in here and you can rely back to us the email that we registered with.

Ex:
Game Related: Account
Category: Recover Email
Information:
Then you write like your account id/pw/sq, then you can reply back with our email we created with.

They have one. You can send in a support ticket providing such information or go to "my account" and change it all.

I'm in desperate need of the recover a email, but thing is, the account has chargeback on it and i forgot the password..!!?!

I saw it, but i don't know what email did i create my account with.

Then send in a support ticket.

I didn't have my email or security answer yet I managed to get BOTH back.

How can we have an email recovery system if you can't remember the email you created your account on.


We appreciate the feedback, but the account missing/lost/stolen/forgotten issue is hard for us to solve because of the amount of people who either create accounts using fake information or who share the information with others.


We do have an account recovery system which uses email. However if you forget certain details on your account you must go to support.z8games.com, submit a ticket under the proper category and our staff will work to prove account ownership.

And.. I think you should have to verify your email before making an acccount, probably wouldn't have half the lost accounts as you do now.

I was stupid enough to probably put in a fake email when making the account i want to recover now..
