The qbz I think cause they want to use the WCG rules for teams to practice and I think WCG 2013 rules do not have the QBZ in their list.

Im not talking about OCG's rule set as stupid, Im saying that if past leagues made unnecessary rule changes mid season, why can't OCG make a reasonable change?

As I've already said, we are not going to implement rule changes mid season, none the less on match day. Wait until the season is over, and then we can discuss rule changes.

The only exception being if some game breaking bug was to occur.
