Memeber(s) of Fly Society not using OCG AC?

So i was watching Andrew "-_-"'s of team 'Fly Society' stream twitch.tv/and7_7rew and i about 12 minutes in i see that he is talking to his teamate -Dean. about OCG's anticheat.
Andrew then begins to explain to dean on how to get away with not using the anticheat.
He explains that he would run crossfire and the AC on one computer and play his match on the other. Now i would want to know is that completely legal or what?

There is, apparently, a way the AC can detect whether or not someone does this.

.... Well, he ran A.C in another PC that wasn't the one playing with I guess, didn't see it full.

edit ; Dean is not in Fly Society, he is in Flawless

GUYS it's easy you can just ask for screenshot with the Anti-cheat + crossfire.

If you think someone is running the AC on another pc you can just ask for screenshot with the crossfire why would they say no if they got the anti-cheat on?

1) Having to ask everybody to SS to check if they're legit every game is a hassle that we shouldn't be required to do to make sure everyones legit

2) Editing photos is so easy

Hm. Interesting. What if someone runs the AC and CF logged into an alt account on one PC, and no AC and CF logged into their actual account on the PC they're actually playing on? I wonder if OCG's AC would be sophisticated enough to detect such a shenanigan.

According to the ocg admin you're allowed to stream if your anti cheat is being goofy, isn't that a bust
