Ping

Well actually there are a few ways to reduce ping.... 1. test your modem and router by checking your local ping on a speedtest site, if there's a high ping for local servers your modem or router could be bad. 2. Plug in direct, WIFI will only screw your ping. 3. A good computer does not guarantee your ping will go down, but it does not hurt, my old pc used to spike a lot because it was junk. 4. Your internet signal can be an issue if your installer from your ISP did not hook up your modem correctly and it has low signal, this issue is easy to notice if your modem and router are newer. If you constantly experience huge spikes in lag this can be the cause.
