Blue Screen Of Death error Vista Please Answer

hey um everytime i try to play crossfire on my laptop i get a blue screen i dont know why it never worked at all. is it my anti virus program because i have bit defender and it never detected any errors with it. my desktop with xp works fine is it my laptop specs?

Acer Laptop
1.86 Ghz prosscessor
My graphics card is intel x3100 for some reason my desktops intel extreme graphics 2 works fine with it=)
3gb of ram

Try downloading a fresh copy of the game. there might be a fatal error with the copy your running. also I have noticed vista doesn't run as smoothly with CF as XP does so it could be a stability issue with your system.

NOTE: Also remember to update EVERY thing on your system and make sure you run CF as admin

sue the person/shop you bought your laptop, or just install xp on it if it will let you.
