Hack tool detected

everytime im playing a game or something. it says hack tool detected and kicks me out. then it tells me to send an error report. but nothing happens. the thing is that i am not hacking. but it tells me otherwise. Is there a way to get rid of this? if so how? and why do i keep getting this problem? i already tried uninstall and re-instaling it.
