Replay Recovery...

in the past crossfire had a folder that would save the replay of your most recently played game. so if you got kicked from the game or D/C you could copy and past the file into your replay files and easily RECOVER the unsaved file. The thing that irritates me the most is that there is no longer a replay recovery folder. what the point in removing this folder was is beyond me. but it would be great if the folder was re-introduced to CF. I have had many clips that I WISH i could have saved but couldn't due to the folder being gone. for example; I had a 8k spray down on Alaska with an AK-47 the other day so, of course i was kicked from the game, and the clip i could have had to edit into a montage is now gone forever lets bring back replay recovery, whose with me!!

If you get kicked, all you do is click:

Esc -> Quit -> Save Replay and Exit

As easy as that. Just do it before you get kicked out.

Are you sure you didn't delete it by accident? Because I still have mine...

Would recommend removing the game and re-installing then. Easiest way to retrieve the folder.

The folder's still there, just the option to save replays that you were unable to, like you could before.

Anyways, I do believe the removal of this was because the replay update from about a year ago made the function impossible. It's not that they don't want to have it return, it's that the way replays are now recorded/whatever makes this function unable to work.
