A uk server

Can we not have uk 5 as an actual uk server we us uk players can get our old uk pings back because all this is annoying having like a 100 ping in my own server -.- i mean it shouldn't be that difficult and it would be nice for the uk players to play with what we was used to.... is this a good idea or just something stupid?
