Computer Question

To all the computer techies or people who have somewhat experience with computers, I have a question. Recently I team viewed my friend to help him install the patch for a different game, and I accidentally, or stupidly checked "apply all" box, then pressed "skip". After that he closed team view because everything in his folder was copied twice, so we deleted it. The game didn't work he uninstalled it then his p.c. Became extremely slow. Reasons for this and solutions?

Edit: league has normal FPS as before, but, CF is being weird. RVSP

Oh yeah he's tried defragging and running virus scanners and such.

back up the computer to a date before you did this and try again without clicking what you did?
