I'm in Europe myself, but even I notice a how hard it is when I'm trying to kill these 300+ people, I can only imagine what people with lower than 100 ping go through when facing these uber laggers.
And since the last patch my ping has gone up too, and it's not my provider either, it has something to do with the game. I'm still under 200 but I prefered my old 140.
