How can i get high FPS?

CF is running Laggy and i have llike 24-40 fps
can some one Help me?
This is My System:
( it is Not the best but im sure it can handle CF)

i can Fkin' run Cod4 smooth but not CrossFire.

Count yourself lucky, You can climb up ladders fast ^_^

And I doubt you'd run Cod4 on 333 FPS

Get a windows 8 , 100 fps / 80 fps not expensive ... and there are bugs

in last 2-3 days im having same problem my FPS dropped double they it was im having FPS lags in game...

i can give you various tips to make it fun faster, as i have something simmilar and i get 120 fps

and who said you need 333 + FPS to play cod4 ?
with 250 or 200 you are good

What if you're a cod jumper?

250 is good for promod tho... Since you cant use 333 for promod

Count yourself lucky. I only get 15 - 30 fps.

I'll see if I can find any guides or vids for you though.

Right Click on My Computers -> Properties -> Advanced System Settings -> Advanced
-> Performance -> Settings -> Check "Adjust for best performance" -> Apply and Ok.

download Game Booster. helps me out allot, went from 70 up to 100+ fps w/ the program running.

what game booster should i use ?
as i know game boosters don't really help at all

There are programs like GameBooster to help your FPS, but it won't fix it. The only real solution is to get a better computer.
