How to use xsplit with cf and twitch?

I recently made a twitch.tv account and installed the full version of xsplit broadcaster. I'm having trouble using xsplit to detect cf and basically I could use someones help or link me to a guide/youtube video..

Most of the people that stream CF use OBS.

Use OBS if you gonna do ingame gameplay, xsplit is more for streaming matches.

2fastSTREAK

OBS is way better + you can use a delay on OBS without having to pay.

Add a scene, then right click sources, click add, and select monitor capture

After that all you have to do is find the right settings based on your upload speed/fps

edit: if you're still going to use xsplit then I can't help with that. Uninstalled it a while ago

Actually I did see it. I simply didn't find it useful cause I have xsplit. I'll go ahead and install OBS since you guys have a nice guide
