OCG AC Microsoft Framework error

So I got this in the middle of a scrim yesterday, and I thought, whatever, fts, I'll fix it later. So I download the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 installer today, and it says that my OS (win8 x64) already has it installed.

Anyone else having an issue like this?

P.S. The AC's GUI is all out of sorts, lol.

I had the same problem in the same scrim. Got kind of annoying after awhile.
