It's been here for quite a long time, download CF Tool (from modhub, by Rory) and you can set that as the resolution.

you can get 1080p by editing the system.dat file in your crossfire folder in documents. just change the first number to a 1

Pretty sad it takes a mod to get 1080p, and the lack of resolutions is a bit odd.
