Tired of getting kicked!!!
I know I'm the millionth person to make a forum post about getting kicked, but I think I have the answer to this problem, that no one else has thought of yet.
I just got kicked by a kid who thought I was hacking, right at the very end of the game, when I was about to win. I thought about this for a second, and felt that it would solve the problem if there was a way to report people for falsely kicking someone. For that matter, if someone gets kicked for Hack/Illegal program, and they don't hack, then the kicker can be reported for a 1-week ban. This would also influence the use of other reasons of kick.
I know a lot of you down there are just going to say, "well they will just kick you for "other" but I'm saying if you kick for other, maybe there will be a box where you can type, and if you kick for a false reason, then there should be some sort of punishment.

hey guys, I have another example regarding this topic that happened. Please read:
So not too long ago, I was in a room, and someone was kicking the ace for Hack/Illegal Program. I obviously knew this was BS, so I hit F12. Immediatley after, the kicker is like: "YES, I HAVE ACE." long story short, I kicked him, failed, he kicked me, success........ Bull like this needs to be tended!

I had a similar idea in my head. I don't think it should be a 1 week ban, I thought the punishments should get steadily worse:
Warning
1 day ban
3 day ban
7 day ...
1 month
etc
I'm not sure if it would work very well or not. There'd be a report system so if you get kicked for no valid reason you can report the voter. -
Nobody is going to kick anyone and hackers will be able to stay in rooms assuming the hacker isn't blatant.
I would kick because I know what is an hacker. The only people that would stop is those that don't have a clue and that is the idea: to stop abuse. -
How does kicking the wrong people and being punished for it increase the hacking rate?
People will be scared to kick people knowing if they do so wrongly they'll be banned. As long as someone isn't shooting through walls type blatant, they will probably end up staying in the room.
By the way you do not know how to 100% tell if someone is walling. I cheated for a long time but there's still moments where I can't tell if someone is fully legitimate. -

You mean the "pros" that could be hacking?
Like Mod Dot said: Assume legitimacy and use evidence and not "feelings" to prove hacking. -
If you're tired of getting kicked, then kick them back!
It's a kicking war!!!
Nah but in all seriousness, it's gonna be tough to change the psychology of the minds ingame. At least that's what I believe.
So therefore I take any sort of successful kicks as a "good riddance" that I shouldn't play in that room of ungrateful, unaccepting players. -

You do know that if you don't vote it auto F12's?
It saves time with all the BS kick boxes so that you can just ignore it altogether until you notice a problem player in a room. -

That's why I included the blatant part. Some hackers are really good at hiding their hacks and it's hard to tell whether they're a really good player or a hacker. -

Maybe when you can't spectate the player it's difficult to tell, but when watching him in 1st person, there's no hiding. A simple wallhacker is still easy to find, even if he doesn't stare at people through walls and track them across the map, you can still tell, because he is never surprised, always ready, and he is consistent with this, 1 or 2 examples could just be smart prefire and game sense, but 5 or 6 times is becoming odd.
Anyway, I still think banning people for falsely kicking is the way forward. If you get kicked unfairly, you report the person who kicked you for 'hacking' when you weren't. To cut it short, if the player kicked is found to have not been hacking, then I think they should warn the kicker in game that they falsely kicked player 'x' and to watch this replay to see why. After 1 (or 2) warning(s) the player would get short bans and the player would be told it was for incorrectly kicking. Honourable solider shouldn't be effected for this type of ban. -

Then they don't hack because you don't know they hack.
Assuming everyone is a hacker just leads to players kicking aces or crying "kik ace".
