Picking up 4 starters

Main goal of the team is for people that rely on aim and like to practice their aim.
I can't travel because of college and work so I decided to make a team that can recruit other players that can't travel. We will be participating in leagues and tourneys. I have changed as a person, I'm a nicer person now if you are nice to me.

Please have:
good aim, good communication, not too much complaints
those three are the basis for now
