first of all how do you upload a modded video to Xfire

and what is the best setting for growler
i think 30 fps is enuf so i keep that one
any tips on size?

kk, u need to make sure the video is a UNCOMPRESSED AVI file...... then put it in your xfire video directory... if u try and use a compressed avi file it will just lock up when it trys to compress it.
