So would you recommend for me some of the best recording program so I can record some match withouth lagging .

If you're using it as an anti-cheat, then growler at 2 fps per second on a small screen size.

Well you said Fraps isn't for you, so maybe try Growler like Denxi said. Popular softeware on CF.
