New to the game... reccomend me some guns.

I've played online shooters before (counter strike, Day of defeat,etc), and came across this site. I just downloaded and logged in, and i was wondering, what would be the best gun for a freshman?

I've only just brought my character, which means i have about 45k GP to use.

What would pepole suggest? I'm really tempted by some of those GP crate items, but are they any good?

Hm... You can try using the M4A1

umz k2 is good to begin with and later on get a scar light with a desert eeagle

And the winchester? the tommy gun? the camo versions of the AUG, Deagle and m16s? and what about the Anaconda advanced? Are they worth attempting to get?

nah dont spent your 45 k gp on it its useless some times its just a hard gamble ><

Rightnow , as ur rank , ur option is M4A1 which is the best overall gun at all maps .
It is good accuracy , easier to headshot if u burst 123 , nice power .

Wait until u rank up to SFC 3rd class I believe , then u can buy Scarlight , or G36K which is both very good . Scarlight is the main rifiles and it is super good at any maps . Low recoil , high power , fast shooting rate .

SO to conclude , M4A1 rightnow , I would recommend u save it and play Alaska and Crossroad to try most GP guns there . These maps are in Elimination Mode , so u can use those guns to play and try it out .

AUG OR SG552 - > good too but not recommened .

Scarlight ( 45K ) and G36K (50K)--- > Must buy rifiles .

AWM 56K --> if u good at sniping .

So pick those up here plus a deagle .

***I recommened for you to save all your money and decide later . U should have around 107kGP by the time u have SFC rank .

-Scarlight + Deagle = Best Combo 9/10
-AWM + Deagle = Best Combo 8.7/10
-M4A1 8.5/10
-G36K 8.7/10
-SG552 8.0/10 Loud noise of firing but high power .

-AK47 if u master it , this gun is a KILLER at TEAM DEALTH MATCH . Again if u master AK-47 is also good at Search and Destroy but not at all the times . 9.5/10

-AK74 no rating . DO NOT BUY . It is not worth it .

-AUG - 8.5/10 very good , really high accuracy for headshot and chest , midrange power , if u know how to use it , this gun is KUNGFU Pawning .

Yep, M4 all the way baby.

Don't buy any crates till you have at least 2 permanent non-default weapons.

You can break your m16 and wait for the patch tho, god knows what will be in it

K-2 is the best GP weapon Imo . I went from M4 to K-2 when i was low rank. amazing gun.

The Winchester is not to be taken seriously. It's intentionally the worst gun in the game. The Thompson is alright, but you're better using a more mainstream rifle in any kind of competitive play. The camo versions (any gun from crates for that matter) are unfortunately going to be out of your reach unless you're extremely lucky or ready to put some money into the game. For an ex-CS player I'd recommend looking at the M4, AK47, or AUG. If you feel like waiting a while you can grab the SCAR Light too. The M4 is your typical low recoil, high accuracy rifle. The AK is higher damage, but higher recoil. The AUG sits between the two, and has a scope. The SCAR Light is high damage, low recoil, and high accuracy. It's often thought of as something of an insta-pro gun, but it takes a bit of patience to get. The XM8 and K2 are also good guns if you're a good shot. Stay away from the Uzi, P90, Galil, SPAS, and M9.

dont waste your money on crates, bad idea for a start, that is just gamble and you lose easily.

dont buy a gun, play with your stock gun, when you reach staff serg3-4 buy the scarlight and also desert eagle
