I ordered 15 clan backpacks the other day for clan members from the group package page in the Z8 mall. We still haven't received them and I've sent 2 messages to support trying to get it resolved. what do I need to do now?

look around and see if maybe your looking at the wrong places. if you still cant find them then send in a ticket for support. try pm'img a [GM] the answer within a couple days. GL man.
