No. Assuming you read the first post, it clearly states that they'll be applying maintenance and fixes to some of the issues regarding the servers, recent errors, etc.
I'm sure that there's going to be a June patch sometime this month because Saidin said so. However, that remains as a mystery to all of us. -

Amen, the amount of issues over the past few weeks had been staggering and I was starting to fear the worse. Great news. -
Finally you do a major fixing. We don't need more reskins of guns while the game breaks into pieces. That's good that you Saidin and the Tech will start to do more fixing now. Don't hassle with the patch. We all have patience, just don't listen to the ones who want a new patch so badly. Keep on the good work and I hope Z8&CrossFire Na/Uk will be better soon~

I was having this same problem, I did find a simple fix that at least worked for me. When it gets frozen on "Step 3", just click and drag the HGW box a little bit and it should pop back into action & finished loading normally. Let me know if this works for you, it worked for me and I haven't had a problem since. -
